Who is responsible
This booking portal is run by Rich Sale Cargo, who is responsible for your personal data.
What we keep
Your name, e-mail address and language; your sign-ins, with the IP address; your bookings, with the shipper, the consignee and the address updates go to.
Why
To carry out your bookings (the contract of carriage), to send the confirmations and the updates, and to keep your account from being misused. Never for marketing, never sold.
Who else sees it
The carrier and the handling agents at departure and arrival, as the carriage needs; and the services that send our mail and host the portal, within the EU.
How long
Sign-ins 60 days; server errors 90 days; the office's steps 3 years; a booking's update address 13 months after the flight. The booking itself (companies, cargo, price) is an accounting record, kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can see, correct or have your data deleted, or object to how it is used: write to Rich Sale Cargo. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
